1. A participant can cancel the enrolment and request for a full refund, from date of the payment to a period of upto 5 days from course start date.
2. For requests beyond 5 days from the start date of the course, there would not be any refund.
3. In the event that ECLATMAX cancels a scheduled course, the participant would receive a full refund of the fee.
4. Refund is subject to the proof of purchase and would be processed within 15 days of the receipt of the request.
5. The refund would be limited to the course fee amount and any statutory payments such as Goods & Services Tax (GST) would not be paid back.
