As Éclatmax’s chief mentor, John has empowered companies across 7+ industries, driving multi- million-dollar outcomes and scaling ventures worldwide including one with an AUM of $80B.
A passionate believer in people, John built Éclatmax to be a launchpad for individuals, teams, and organizations to thrive through practical, result- driven consulting.

From launching ventures to leading market expansion, I thrive in fast-paced, competitive environments. My track record spans client acquisition, strategic planning, and multi-location management.
Currently, I serve as General Manager at Éclatmax Training & Consulting, driving growth strategy, business development, and team leadership in the L&D space.

Head – Advisory & Strategy
As Head of Advisory & Strategy, I combine vision with execution to drive growth, partnerships, and performance. I’ve led client acquisition across organic and paid channels, built strong B2B alliances, and launched go-to-market initiatives that expanded reach and revenue. Data drives my approach.
From pipeline velocity to CAC, I use metrics to optimize strategy and ensure results are both measurable and sustainable. Working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and ops, I turn insights into action strengthening brand positioning and client value.
